PUK 6.1 Argon Welder & Scope

Precision Welding Technology:

• The PUK 6.1 has clear design language with timeless aesthetic as its visual highlight at any workplace.
• Selected materials for the highest standards of value & appearance.
• High-resolution display with clear arrangement of all parameters.
• One-handed operation using joystick with turn-push-tilt function.
• Program memory for up to 5 individual configurations.
• Starting the device from standby mode in the last used setting.
• Extremely fine dosing due to continuous speed adjustment.
• Patented welding process control to prevent faulty welds.
• Handles material thickness of less than 0.2mm & in addition to welding all precious metal alloys for fittings, eyelets, chains, links, rings, etc.

Welding:

• Welding up to 3.5 spot welds per second with stepless adjustment of the spot weld sequence.
• Newly developed precious metal welding curves for the highest demands.
• Perfect results with critical materials due to high-frequency superimposition.
• Perfect controllability of welding spots in diameter & penetration depth.
• Micro-mode with a minimum pulse duration down to 0.1ms.

Handpiece & Electrode:

• 20 % faster and, thus, more agile electrode travel.
• Electrode diameter from 0.6 to 1.3mm.
• Up to 50 % longer service life of the electrode.

The new PUK 6.1 is a completely newly developed PUK-generation which means not only the design, interface and operation how to use has been re-designed, but also the hardware has been completely re-developed. As a result, numerous innovations were implemented.
