FUSION – Centrifugal Casting Machine

The Lampert FUSION is a compact centrifugal casting machine designed for goldsmiths, silversmiths, and jewellery manufacturers. It allows high-quality ring blanks and jewellery to be cast directly in the workshop quickly, safely, and efficiently. Old jewellery can easily be melted down and reused, making the process both sustainable and cost effective.

With intuitive controls and advanced safety features, the FUSION delivers precise, repeatable casting results with a wide range of precious metal alloys. It also creates a unique customer experience by allowing jewellery to be produced on-site together with clients. Combining innovative casting technology with traditional craftsmanship, the Lampert FUSION is both a practical production tool and a stylish addition to any workshop.

Casting: 

• Easy casting of rings using gold and silver alloys
• Suitable for rings up to a maximum of 15 grams of alloy
• Various die diameters available for ring outer diameters of 18 mm, 21 mm, and 24 mm
• Ring band width can be easily adjusted up to a maximum of 10 mm
• Casting without embedding or lost molds
• No need to cut off casting sprues
• Casting possible under an inert gas atmosphere (e.g. Argon 4.6)

Operation: 

• All functions can be easily adjusted using a single rotary-push control with integrated display.

• A 230 V socket is sufficient.
• Small dimensions, low weight (only 5 kg)

• Extremely quiet and low-vibration operation

• ingot mold casting of ring blanks without detour via refinery or external service providers
• upcycling of old gold or old jewelry without sprue material (loss-free)
