OTEC Compound

OTEC compounds maintains high performance of the grinding & polishing bodies. It protects processed surfaces. Compound ensures clean, bright & corrosion free workpieces during the finishing process. Compounds are used to bind dirt & remove the dissolved dirt particles from the process.

SC 5 Compound:

• Universal Compound used for polishing & brightening.
• Task: deburring, grinding & polishing.

SC 15 Compound:

• Universal Compound used for corrosion protection & low foaming.
• Task: deburring, grinding & suitable for centrifuging.

Dry Polishing Paste is used in combination with granulates for dry finishing. It has very good surface smoothing properties.

Dry Polishing Paste – P 1:

• Very good surface smoothing.
• High gloss surface finish.
• Application: precious metals & brass

Dry Polishing Paste – P 2:

• Very good surface smoothing.
• High gloss surface finish.
• Application: gold & brass.

Polishing Powder are used for sufficient adhesion on polishing granulates when Grinding Oil & greases are used.

Polishing Powder – M 10:

• Application: precious metals & brass.

Polishing Powder M 21:

• Very good polishing performance.
• High gloss surface finish.
• Fine polish.
• Application: non-ferrous metals.

Grinding Oil is used in combination with granulates for dry finishing & polishing powders. It establishes a connection between the metal & polish powder. It is also suitable for relubrication of dry granulates.

Grinding Oil HL 11:

• Mineral oil-based grinding oil.
