Instruction for Use

These instructions must be followed strictly.

The manufacture shall under no circumstances be held responsible for accidents damage. The filling process must be practised at least 5 times with water. This is necessary to be absolutely sure how the dart functions before using dangerous  medication.

Always practice drug safety procedures and use rubber gloves.

Loading of blowpipe syringes
– Remove blowpipe needle from protective covering. Gently slide into a green silicone sleeve by rotating slowly until injection ports are fully covered.
– Remove the orange stabilizer from the dart.- Hold the dart vertical with the air chamber on top. If needed push dark grey or red plunger down using De-venting pin releasing any pressure in the chamber. Mount the coupling on a dry standard syringe and fill with air. Place open end of the coupling onto the dart’s drug chamber and push back the stopper using air pressure from syringe.
– Filling of required tranquillising/medicating liquid:
Hold the dart vertical with the black plunger / drug chamber upwards. Administer the  required amount – i.e. max. 3 ml for a syringe with standard needle.
– Mount the hypodermic needle and screw it on tightly. Apply a safety cap over the needle and seat it firmly on the syringe.
– Loading of the dart:
Hold the dart vertical with the drug chamber on top. Mount the coupling on a dry  standard 12 ml syringe. Pull out the syringe to 12 ml of air. Insert 12 ml of air is into the  syringe though the coupling. The dark grey or red plunger will keep the air in the syringe.
– Loading-air-pressure:
For 1½ ml blow pipe syringes: Max 10 ml. air.
For 3 ml blow pipe syringes: Max 12 ml. air.
– Place the orange stabilizer on the syringe.
– After use rinse the hypodermic needle by spraying warm water through the hypodermic needle several times
– giving free passage.
– The green silicone sleeve can only be used once.
– The syringe’s medicine chamber is also rinsed with warm water or chlorhexidine so that medical left over are removed making it ready for use again.
– After cleaning the syringe put one-drop silicon oil in the drug chamber, move plunger up and down.
