Hallmarking your jewellery

A hallmark is a mark or series of marks struck on items made of precious metals ( like platinum ,palladium , gold, or silver ), manufacturer & or country. Hallmarks should guarantee a certain purity or fineness of the metal. NB! Hallmarking systems differ from country to country.
Punches A-Z & 0-9:
A quick, easy & cheap way of marking or decorating your jewellery. We supply these in number sets,letter sets as well as in fancy shapes or images . These are used to emboss an impression into a the metal. 


Stamping plier:
Durable stainless steel ring marking plier to stamp the inside of rings. Different stamps can be locked in position by a set screw. Ideal for working on flat or curved surfaces.
Personalised hallmark:
Hallmarking serves its benefits for both the ends. It’s not consumers who gain from the possible forging but it is the jewellers as well who are on a safe side. Have a personalized hallmark designed with your company name , logo or initials.

Scribers:
The process of using a scriber is called scribing & part of the process of marking out. It is used instead of pencils or ink lines as these are often hard to see, easily erased, & inaccurate due to their wide points; scribe lines are thin & semi-permanent. 

Burnishing:
Burnishing is a metal polishing process whereby a hardened steel highly polished tool, a burnisher, is rubbed over the metal to produce a high shine and to harden the metal. No metal is removed in this process. Burnishers can also be made of polished agate
 
         
Hand texture:

Use to create wonderful textures or patterns, you can even do loose hand engraving depending on how steady your hand is. Setting stones is also easy by changing the diamond tip to a flat blunt end.
Using different metals:
We now offer a wide variety of various metals . Namely silver,brass,copper , nickel & pewter. Some supplied just in rough granular form for melting into your own shapes , some supplied in sheet & wire form. All these metals could be purchased directly from us. Creating beautiful effects with layers and colours are very fashionable. So make your mark with a special design!
