Hazardous or Not? 
Get to know the symbols
Know what HAZARD the colours mean.
Etching:
We sell a chemical for etching on silver.,brass or copper that is less hazardous that nitric. Why not try them out?
Solder flux:
Should always be stored out of sunlight- Non toxic. Use flux to provide "flow" to the area you are soldering. Can be used on gold, silver and platinum. Use with a natural hair brush.
Borax:
Used to prepare crucibles, a sprinkle of borax while melting gold & silver scraps helps clean up dirty metal.
