This complete kit features the M.SR motor, FCT foot speed control, H.30 adjustable chuck handpiece, & a 43-piece accessory set with a rotary bur & tool holder. Standard flexible shafts fit any Foredom or quick-disconnect handpiece.

The reversible motor offers better left-handed control, dust management, longer abrasive life, symmetrical grinding, easier drill removal, & faster polishing (use only pre-mounted wheels in reverse).

The H.30 spins true at low speeds, handles heavy-duty work, & has a 3-jaw chuck (up to 3.90 mm). The 43-piece accessory kit includes Scotch-Brite wheels, V Stone™ abrasives, polishing wheels, burs, brushes, & more for precise finishing up to 25,000 RPM.

FA-2 Suspension Motor.

The FA-2 is Foredom’s most popular hanging motor, paired with the FCT-1 foot-operated speed control in durable plastic housing. This 1/8 HP universal motor runs forward at speeds up to 18,000 RPM, offering excellent power, reliability, & versatility. Includes a one-year warranty (based on serial number).

Tips & Maintenance:

• Avoid overloading the motor—excess pressure can cause vibration or twisting of the shaft.
• Let the tool do the work. Use steady, light pressure rather than forcing the accessory.
• If the accessory stalls or catches, reduce pressure to prevent damage.
• Periodically clean & lightly re-grease the inner shaft; too much grease may cause overheating.
• Lower speeds provide better control when milling, drilling, or grinding softer metals, & helps reduce heat build-up.
