In the period customers have sent images, info & videos of what they have been up to. It has been inspiring & refreshing. Meet Our Team!

Many of our customers order online or are based up country & don't come into our store so we wanted to take this time to put a face to the names. We have an amazing energetic team reaching for the stars & striving for excellence.

Rodger - Our CEO & Financial Director who works behind the scenes with great energy to make sure the company reaches its potential, constantly reinventing & raising the bar. Rodger also works on the website making regular updates. His interests are outdoors & very active either in a pair of running shoes or on a bicycle

Anthea - Joined Cape Tools in an administrator capacity & adapted to her new roles in debtors management & sales, invoicing & facilitation. Customers & the Team are fond of Anthea for sending their orders on time & with a smile.

Almaree - With over 13 years experience in tool sales, a new addition to our amazing team. She has a wealth of knowledge & loves helping our customers.

Tennille - Our Director who is a qualified Goldsmith with over 19 years experience. She does all the buying, sourcing & has a passion for training & educating the industry. She trains the staff & customers on everything from hand tools to high tech machinery.

Ruth - Who was initially our receptionist worked her way up to stock controller & often steps into sales & admin too. She works quickly & is a great team player. She loves teaching others.

Leonard - Is a real jack of all trades, from despatch, stock picker & creditors management. He is moving his way up fast by learning the tools & equipment. He helps with repairs & has a knack for troubleshooting possible owing to the fact he teaches minors in his spare time.

Nina - Our new sales & ops manager who has in depth experience in these fields, great energy & eager to learn. She is a key performer & advancing quickly in our trade

Ian - Otherwise known as Reggie, he has been our longest standing employee for over 30 years! Ian has a wealth of knowledge with regards to clock & watches.

Ronald: Advanced quickly from dispatcher, to IT specialist, stock picker & progressed to a high capacity attending to trade services. He learns quickly & has great potential on the jewellers bench.

Bongi - Who started as a cleaner & developed so quickly into our admin & stock control assistant. She loves learning & has the biggest smile!
