Rubber Wheels
Rubber / Silicone wheels and points are the ultimate cleaning accessories for watchmakers, jewellers and setters! They come in different shapes; bullet, knife edge, cylinder and flat, with each having its own purpose, depending on what metal or profile you need it for. These all come in 5 different grits.
- White - Coarse.
- Black - Medium coarse.
- Navy - Medium fine.
- Light blue - Fine.
- Pink - Super fine.
Each rubber wheel is made from premium silicone impregnated with abrasive which polishes to the smoothest cut and brightest finish without the use of messy compounds. There are even green and grey rubber wheels that will not scratch hard gemstones that are already set into metal that you are trying to clean up and finish. Use it with the rubber wheel mini mandrel in your flexshaft.

Buffs
Our next focus will be on buffs. We have a large variety of different shapes, thickness, texture, and diameters of buffs to suit every polishing job!
For example, begin with a denim buff, which is slightly more abrasive and will removing the initial scratches, then on a softer buff apply blue Unipol.
You could then continue with a loose leaf buff and yellow Unipol for your final polished finish, resulting in a highly polished shine with no fluff or residue during or after polishing.
Additionally, if you are aiming for a satin finish, a Satin Scotch Brite buff would be your best bet. This buff will leave a beautiful and even satin finish on your piece.

Polishing Compounds
When it comes to polishing compounds, there are so many choices!
Dialux alone has a multitude of options, which are all great for different purposes, such as different colours specifically for gold, silver or hard metals like steel or titanium. Always pair up your polish with the right buff and never switch polish on the same buff otherwise your polish will become hard dry and ruin your mop surface forever.
If you are looking for a universal, all-purpose polish for most metals, blue Unipol is your best option! It is a combined pre-finish and final finish compound. One application allows you to polish to final stage without scratching, as well as:
• Eliminating light damage caused by wear and tear
• Removing light oxidization
• Achieving a bright, long-lasting gloss
• All purpose and can be used on chrome, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass, gold, silver, and pewter.
Unipol introduced a yellow polishing compound ( unipol-gold ), as its latest addition to the Unipol range. It polishes under cleanest of circumstances, leaving a protective film to prolong lustre replacing rouge as the final polish. It is best paired with a soft buff and leaves almost no residue or fluff while polishing.
