CERA STONE POLISHERS FOR MOTORS

Cera Stone Polishers are made from ceramic & glass fibres bonded with a thermosetting resin. This creates a thin, strong polishing rod that won’t snap or break, even at high speeds.


Each rod is approximately 2.35 mm in diameter and 50 mm long. They are available individually & are colour-coded for easy identification.


Cera Stones can be used on platinum, gold, & even stones. The tips can be shaped with abrasive paper, making them ideal for polishing small, hard-to-reach areas such as filigree holes & tight corners.


They help reduce polishing time, making finishing work quicker & easier.

Always use protective eyewear if using it in conjunction with a suspension motor.

POLILUSTER PENCIL SET

PoliLuster pencils work like mechanical pencils, using ceramic files for precision polishing.


Polishing is as easy as drawing—each click advances a small amount of the ceramic file, allowing controlled, accurate work. Ideal for polishing fine details such as edges, corners, & tight areas.


This PoliLuster pencil set includes one #800 grit & one #1200 grit square ceramic file, both in 0.90 mm, perfect for delicate finishing & detail work.

POLILUSTER STICKS

Poliluster sticks are thin ceramic flat sticks designed for finishing & polishing hard-to-reach areas. They can be used by hand or with a micro polishing or micro filing handpiece. Their ultra-thin design allows easy access to tight corners for fast, precise polishing.


Sticks measure approximately 4.0 mm wide × 102 mm long × 0.5 mm thick (sizes may vary due to supply changes). Simply snap off a small section & clamp it into the Poliluster hand holder. Hand holders are sold separately & are adjustable to hold smaller stick pieces.
